Who We Are
We are a private for-profit outpatient behavioral health facility that contracts with state licensed independent contractors (counselors and psychiatric nurse practitioners) to provide outpatient mental health services for toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and families. We take the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Medicare and commercial insurances.
In 2020 we became associated with the Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) for Marion and Polk Counties called PacificSource Community Solutions (PCS). Through this affiliation, we became a contract provider and joined a network that is comprised of many different behavioral health provider agencies and individuals. Each of these agencies and individuals offer different types and kinds of services in order to offer the consumer a variety of treatment specialties and options while looking for, or receiving services/care.
